Clash: Conflict and Its Consequences is an exhibition of national and international photographers who investigate the personal legacy of war and trauma, as well as the effects of mass media on depictions of conflict.

Moving beyond depictions of the spectacle of war, the exhibition shows both the photographers’ and the victims’ experiences and the relation of photography to memory, and what we understand as history.
